Pricing

We're proud to have the most transparent, straightforward pricing you'll find anywhere.

Everything starts with the formula:

Labor + (Materials*1.15)

We started this model to get rid of the confusion of variable markups and hidden costs. We love to create art, and fair labor pricing and low material markup gives us time to make the highest quality pieces without penalizing our clients for their choice of materials.

When Does Money Enter the Process?

The initial consultation is entirely free and clients are under no pressure to continue a project after the consultation.

If a client decides to proceed, the next step is to request a design which requires a $200 non-refundable deposit.

Designs generated under this initial deposit will come with exact quotes to deliver the piece. Three minor changes, or one major change can be made to these initial designs under the original design deposit.

If the client approves the design and moves the project to manufacturing, or if there are more changes needed, a further deposit of half the cost quoted for the design is required to proceed.

The remaining balance of the design is due after project completion, before delivery or shipping of the piece.

Average Cost

Price can vary dramatically based on your choice of materials but there are some rough average total prices that correlate to the style of the piece.

Gemstone

Pricing for gemstone jewelry (colored, non-diamond stones) can vary even more wildly than diamond and is difficult to provide averages for.

Generally, precious gemstones of a high quality will be more expensive than lab-grown diamond, but may be less expensive than natural diamond.

Semi-precious, lower-quality, or lab-grown gemstones can be significantly cheaper than lab-grown diamond, but are often undesirable for engagement rings due to their poor physical or aesthetic qualities.

If you'd like to use a gemstone in your piece, chat with us about your options, or shop around and look for unique stones from gem cutters. There are lots of talented cutters that offer stones that are excellent center-pieces for engagement and fashion styles.

We can generally give you a ballpark estimate within +/- 20% during your first consult, and an exact quote once we draft a design under an initial $200 depost. Start a conversation and we'll help you figure everything out.
