We stand behind the quality of our pieces and offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defect on all of our pieces. But what about normal wear and tear? We offer optional Aftercare Plans to help you keep your jewelry perfect for longer.
Almost every jeweler brand you look up likes to claim a 'lifetime warranty' and pretend that it's enough, but most of the wear and tear on jewelry is due to normal use or accidents, not defects. Those aren't covered by a standard "defect" warranty.
We offer AfterCare to help you keep your piece looking perfect for longer. For a fee at time of purchase, repairs and maintenance of your pieces are covered with just a small deductible. It's a great way to remove the stress of unknown repair bills and guarantee fast, high-quality service.

From $50 for fashion, $300 for engagement
Covers incidental damage, repair, and maintenance with a one-time fee and a low deductible.
Without a care plan, repairs will be quoted at the time of service and will incur higher fees than the deductible you would pay with AfterCare. Pricing for these services will be variable and based on the amount of work and materials needed for the repair.
AfterCare will be a cheaper option for clients that expect to perform the recommended maintenance on their rings, need occasional repairs or resizing, or have the bad luck to catastrophically damage their piece. For clients that are gentle on their pieces and don't expect to perform yearly recommended maintenance, it may be more economical to forgo AfterCare and pay for repairs as needed.
AfterCare only covers repair of damage or replacement of lost stones, not loss of the total piece. In addition to AfterCare, it's recommended that clients that are worried about loss or theft should insure their piece separately with their homeowner's insurance or similar.
AfterCare is a Noble service and is only valid for our pieces when the work is done by us. Other third-party care plans exist that allow you to have your piece repaird at any participating jeweler.
But, other plans that are jeweler-independent are hard to utilize. Reselling these care plans proved to be high-friction for our clients, and lots of work for us.
Third-party care plans often pay jewelers a reduced rate for their labor when fulfilling clients' claims, meaning lower motivation for the jeweler doing the work. And negotiating claims with a third party means there's often back-and-forth to figure out what's covered and if your piece is even eligible for a repair.
With AfterCare, none of that is a problem. You get one jeweler you trust to fix the piece they created at a fair price.
It's a faster and easier way to get peace of mind.
